STAYA (stayai.net), Türkiye'deki oteller için WhatsApp üzerinden misafir iletişimi sağlayan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Aşağıdaki WhatsApp Business numaraları, ilgili otelin yazılı yetkisiyle ve otelin adına STAYA tarafından işletilir. Bu yüzden numaranın WhatsApp'ta görünen adı oteli tanıtır — misafir kendi oteliyle konuştuğunu bilmelidir. Meta'nın numarayı işleten şirketin de adlandırılmasını istediği durumlarda ad, otelin adının önüne STAYA eklenerek onaylanır. Aşağıdaki tabloda her numaranın hâlihazırda geçerli olan görünen adı yazılıdır.

Otel bir sözleşmeyle STAYA'ya kendi misafir iletişimini yürütme yetkisi verir. STAYA, Meta'nın resmî WhatsApp Business Platform'u (Cloud API) üzerinden bu numarayı otel adına işletir: misafir mesajlarını alır, otelin kendi bilgileriyle yanıtlar, talebi otelin personeline iletir.

STAYA (stayai.net) is a guest-messaging software service for hotels in Türkiye. The WhatsApp Business numbers listed above are operated by STAYA on behalf of the named hotel, under written authorisation from that hotel.

This is why each number's WhatsApp display name identifies the hotel: the guest is messaging their hotel, and the name they see should say so. Where Meta requires the operator to be named as well, the approved name carries STAYA in front of the hotel's own name. STAYA is the technology operator behind the number, not the business the guest is contacting. The table above shows the display name currently in effect for each number.
